Origin Coffee is a speciality coffee roasters based in Cornwall. As their business grows, the client wanted to introduce to their customers to be able to purchase & subscribe to their products as well as enhancing their loyalty scheme through mobile app.

The Challenge
Creating a mobile app that allows the users to purchase and subscribe to Origin Coffee’s products as well as using an
in-built wallet on the app to enhance loyalty scheme.

The Process
During this stage, our focus was to explore how we could provide compelling experience not only for coffee buyers & subscribers but also in-store customers to use Origin Coffee’s loyalty scheme.
After defining each user groups’ needs as well as gathering creative inspirations, I started identifying and analysing the client’s data availability/structure on their Shopify to ensure the Venn Apps’ design & functionality can also
meet Origin’s needs.

Deliver
After a few rounds of design phase by working closely with the client, I started building the Origin's app by using Venn Apps' internal tool. Once this process completed, I gathered internal and external feedback and communicated with the engineering team to ensure the overall design and the functionality meet the standards.
