Overview

Origin Coffee, a specialty coffee roaster based in Cornwall, sought to enhance their customer experience by enabling product purchases, subscriptions, and a loyalty program through a mobile app as their business expanded.

The Challenge

The goal was to create a mobile app that allowed users to purchase and subscribe to Origin Coffee’s products, while integrating an in-app wallet to enhance the loyalty program.

The Process

Our focus was to create a compelling experience for both coffee buyers and in-store customers using the loyalty scheme. After defining the needs of each user group and gathering creative inspiration, I analyzed the client's data structure on Shopify to ensure that Venn Apps' design and functionality could meet Origin’s requirements.

Deliverable

After several design iterations and close collaboration with the client, I built the Origin Coffee app using Venn Apps' internal tool. Once completed, I collected feedback from both internal and external stakeholders and worked with the engineering team to ensure the design and functionality met all standards.
